From Prosecutor to Planner
Jason started as a prosecutor, ultimately focusing on cases involving sexual assault, human trafficking, and vulnerable victims. He served on the Albuquerque Rape Crisis Center’s Board of Directors, including as President during its merger with the Albuquerque Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners.
In 2021, Jason transitioned to civil rights litigation, representing families whose loved ones died while incarcerated. Through this work, he developed a passion for estate planning and helping clients protect settlement proceeds and provide for their families’ futures. His personal experience navigating his father’s dementia cemented the importance of thoughtful estate planning.
Today, Jason is passionate about helping individuals and families create comprehensive estate plans that protect their loved ones, secure their personal and business assets, and provide peace of mind.
